The Course

The Combine begins with a 1/2-mile groomed trail leading to our main fitness area, setting the tone for an exhilarating workout. Upon arrival, you'll find a variety of challenging stations equipped with atlas stones, sandbags, battle ropes, sledgehammers, and many other heavy objects designed for pushing, pulling, and lifting. But don’t worry—we tailor each workout to match your fitness level, ensuring you’re challenged yet comfortable. Once your class is complete, you'll face the same 1/2-mile trail on your way out—crawling is perfectly acceptable!
