The Combine starts with a 1/2 mile groomed trail back to the main fitness area. Here there is a variety of stations, atlas stones, sandbags, battle ropes, sledge hammers and plenty of other heavy things to push/pull/lift. Don't worry though, we are able to match your fitness level with the challenge. Once your class is completed its then time for the same 1/2 mile run out....crawling is acceptable....
