Typically about 60 minutes in length but can be customized. Challenges are able to be scaled to your ability. You just have to be able to make the 1 mile round trip to and from the main fitness area without Bigfoot eating you. 

Classes can be a solo people signing up or gyms, teams, cults, studios, functional fitness groups bringing groups of their own members.


The Combine is also able to run personalized classes to meet your groups needs that includes:
